Ordering
You may place an order through our website or by calling us at 510-581-1614.
 
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and money orders.  We do not charge your credit card until the order is on its way.
 
Order Processing
Your order will be shipped within two business days.  Backorders will be processed as soon as the item is in stock.  If you ordered multiple items, some of which on backorder, we will immediately ship what we have in stock and send the rest of the order for free on a separate shipment.
 
Our Guarantee
Satisfaction or your Money Back! If you are not happy with your order, just send it back within 30 days of the original purchase, and we’ll reimburse you for the value of the item. Please refer to our return policy for details.
 
Return Policy:
Merchandise to be exchanged/returned must be received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (INVOICE DATE).  Orders exchanged/returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.  Items must be returned in their original packaging, where it applies.  Languages4Fun reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.  We will refund 100% of the amount for unused items and we will apply a 15% restocking fee on used items.  When shipping merchandise for an exchange or return, we highly recommend using a courier such as UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment, or use delivery confirmation if shipping with USPS.  We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and do not reimburse shipping charges unless there is a manufacturer defect.  If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  For more information, please contact your credit card company.  If a shipping error occurred on our part, we will gladly reimburse you for your return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise.  Shipping reimbursement will be credited to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge.  NOTE: Please allow 3-5 days from the time your exchange/return is received by Languages4Fun to be processed (plus shipping time).
